About Barrón & Associates

With over 25 years of expertise in the health insurance industry, Jesse held positions in underwriting and account management with BCBS of AZ, Account executive and Sales Manager with Principal Financial Group (PFG) also served as Sales Director of Premier Access Insurance for AZ & TX market. Jesse ventured as an independent Agent in 2007 focusing in small/mid group employee market, individual, ancillary and life insurance space. In 2012 he added Medicare products to his line of business and just a few years later transitioned from an independent Agent to owning and operating Barrón and Associates Insurance Services which now in addition to our vast portfolio of products and services Jesse provides insurance professionals the tools, support and training to succeed and develop their professional goals. Jesse embraces his role as a leader and welcomes the opportunity to help others reach their full potential and professional goals. Always focus on the task at hand looking for opportunities to encourage and motivate those around him. His passion to serve others drives the dedication to partner with many community outreach professionals, nonprofit senior living managers, event coordinators in effort to build strong partnerships in the community. Jesse was raised in Glendale AZ and resides in central phoenix with wife and enjoys the company of daughter, son, and two beautiful grandchildren. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and hiking.
